Operations Manager- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations, implementing policies, and leading training initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks and projects while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This position will work alongside and between Corporate leadership and Store leadership.
Responsibilities: - Take part in maintaining day-to-day operations at all locations at a high standard. - Understand, interpret, and implement company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational standards. - Conduct and oversee training sessions for staff to enhance skills and ensure adherence to company standards. - Assist in maintenance duties to ensure all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition. - Take on projects within and outside of designated responsibilities to support the growth and success of the business. - Will work between Corporate Leadership and Store leadership and Staff
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers. - Proficiency in cooking and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. - Experience in equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and safety. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
