We are seeking a personable and enthusiastic Server for our award-winning, casual/upscale restaurant, Arden Waikiki, to provide exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and seek assistance from management when necessary.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a server or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Proficiency in [Language Requirement, e.g., English] is required; additional languages are a plus.
