Why This Role Matters

The Human Resources Administrator is instrumental in aligning HR processes with organizational goals, enabling Business Partners to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring employee engagement, compliance, and workplace efficiencies. This role involves support Business Partners across multiple HR functions and ensuring smooth execution of daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including driver files.
  • Process and update information related to employment, promotions, and terminations within HRIS system.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

Leave and Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in tracking all employee leaves.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Assist with employee queries regarding payroll and benefits.

Worker’s Compensation Coordination

  • Coordinate with Safety Team regarding all worker’s compensation cases.

Talent Acquisition Administration:

  • Support Business Partners by timely onboarding new hires.
  • Manage new hire process once position is accepted by new hire until their first day including communication with managers.

Policy Implementation and Compliance:

  • Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Administer and track drug testing process including quarterly random drug testing.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports as required.

General Administrative Tasks:

  • Organize and maintain HR department files and documentation.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Other duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2-3 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Starting Pay: $65,000/year. Relevant experience will be highly considered in actual wage.
