We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager or General Manager to join our esteemed team at our PEARL CITY location. This position is full-time with flexible AM and PM shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry and a proven track record of managing and leading a successful team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and service quality.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
