We are seeking a skilled Mechanic - Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the maintenance, installation, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and efficiently to ensure the optimal performance of all equipment and systems.
Responsibilities - Perform all levels of maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems. - Install new systems and equipment as needed. - Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in systems. - Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning optimally. - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work. - Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding system status and repair needs. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Requirements - Proven experience as a journeyman-level mechanic in refrigeration and air conditioning. - Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Language proficiency as required for effective communication.
