Pay & Benefits:
Total Pay of $33-$35 per hour
Base Pay: $17.25 based on experience
4% Kitchen Surcharge: $12-$14/hr on top of base pay. 4% service charge on food is allocated 100% to hourly kitchen employees.
Tip Sharing: Approx. $4 per hour
Holiday pay: All BOH employees receive time-and-a-half for working Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve

PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 120 hours after year 4.
