Having a chef as founder and owner of our restaurants makes Merriman’s a fantastic kitchen for anyone who loves to cook and is looking for a career in food service!

Not only do we work with the best ingredients, local farmers and ranchers, we also use the very best cooking techniques and will train! 

Compensation:

  • $18 - $22/hr, based on experience + 4% Kitchen Surcharge = $26 - $30/hr!
  • Holiday pay: All BOH employees receive time-and-a-half for working Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve 
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance available
  • 401(k) Plan eligibility after 1 year
  • PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 120 hours after year 4. 
  • 50% Employee Discount (discount at other Merriman’s Restaurants, Monkeypod and Moku) 
  • 4-day work weeks available 
  • Daily family meal
