After School Care Position for Mary, Star of the Sea Early Learning Center

Goal: After School care assistant position help to oversee the children to maintain safety and supervision.

Responsibilities:

· Assists in the supervision of students and maintain an environment of safety and security

· Serves food and cleans up after service is completed

· Interacts with the children appropriately on the playground and while supervising on the lanai and classroom

Qualifications:

· Must have a basic understanding and acceptance of Catholic School philosophy, goals and objectives

· Must have a basic understanding of child development and skills necessary to relate to the students

· Must be able to use and understand appropriate child discipline techniques

· Team Player

· Positive references and recommendations

· Background check and health clearance

Hours: 2pm – 6p or till needed (part time
