As a Night Order Selector, you’ll be at the heart of our operation in Kapolei, selecting and stacking customer orders with precision and efficiency. You’ll work with top-of-the-line equipment and ensure every order is prepped and ready for delivery across local and neighbor islands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Order Selection & Accuracy – Pick and assemble customer orders using a wrist hand held scanner.
- Equipment Operation – Safely operate electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, and other warehouse machinery.
- Pallet Building & Loading – Stack and secure products efficiently for transport to local and neighbor island destinations.
- Quality Control – Ensure all products are free from damage, meet company standards, and are stored correctly.
- Safety & Compliance – Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations while working in various warehouse temperatures zones (-15°F to 88°F).
- Teamwork & Efficiency – Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet productivity goals and exceed labor standards.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Location: Must be available to work in KAPOLEI.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience – Prior work experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus.
- Physical Stamina – Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and remain active (walking, bending, climbing, crouching) for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to count, weigh, and organize products with accuracy.
- Basic Math Skills – Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
- Communication Skills – Proficiency in English to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Certification Ready – Willingness to complete our in-house pallet jack, electric reach and stand-up forklift certification (training provided).
- Schedule: Sunday – Thursday night with occasional overtime as needed.
