Busser/Runner

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Assist in all service-related tasks. This includes hosting, bussing, and running. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Contributes to building and maintaining a positive work culture at all times
  • Flexible schedule, especially during busy seasons
  • A dependable means of transportation to and from work for all days scheduled
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle guest requests and needs in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Ability to learn the phone and reservation system

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Creates and fosters a positive environment at all times
  • Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to at all times
  • Greet guests upon arrival/answer phone calls within 3 rings
  • Seating guests within ascribed rotation model
  • Constant communication with the team and MOD
  • Handling and communicating guest special needs or requests
  • Assist in maintaining and clearing tables during dining experience
  • Knowledge of menus, hours of operation, entertainment schedules, restaurant address and phone number
  • Expedite and time orders
  • Deliver orders
  • Performs all pre/post shift duties, and other duties as assigned by management staff

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing/moving for up to 10+ hours
  • Ability to climb stairs

Compensation: $14.00 / Hourly
