ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Creates and fosters a positive environment at all times
- Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to at all times
- Greet guests upon arrival/answer phone calls within 3 rings
- Seating guests within ascribed rotation model
- Constant communication with the team and MOD
- Handling and communicating guest special needs or requests
- Assist in maintaining and clearing tables during dining experience
- Knowledge of menus, hours of operation, entertainment schedules, restaurant address and phone number
- Expedite and time orders
- Deliver orders
- Performs all pre/post shift duties, and other duties as assigned by management staff

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
